 3 cups oatmeal
 2  cups water
 1 spice leaf (cinnamon, pimento or bay)
  tsp salt
 4 tbsp brown sugar
  cup skimmed milk powder
 1 tsp vanilla

Bring two cups water to boil. Add spice leaf. Add oatmeal to boiling water. Stir well until mixture cooks and thickens. Mix skimmed milk powder with cup water and add with sugar, salt and vanilla to hot mixture.crewel embrodery em read weep daybed jamestown
