George D. Pamplona-Roger, MD, is Doctor of Medicine and Surgery, University of Granada, Spain, and board-certified general and digestive surgeon.

He is also a specialits in Health Education, UNED University, Spain, and a member of the International Union of Food cience and Technology, Ontario, Canada.

After practicing his specialty in public hospitals for 15 years, Dr. Pamplona-Roger has focused his activity on medical research and health education.
